Sally’s Workshop Lemon Cake

If you haven’t been to one of our workshops you won’t have sampled Sally’s wonderful Lemon Drizzle Cake which she sometimes brings along with her.  Students have requested the recipe so here it is.


4oz (100g) Soft Margarine

Christmas Party Cookie Class

We ended our 2009 workshop programme on a high today. A fabulous day creating cookies styled as christmas crackers, party frocks, party shoes and balloons.   We are feeling very festive here at Lindy’s Cakes. Baking The Perfect Madeira Cake

Christmas Bauble Cake Workshop!

The Christmas Bauble Workshop is fast becoming our most popular Christmas time class.  This course is magical! A round cake in the shape of a Christmas Bauble…’No way’ you say! Well… I’ve seen it being done and these beautiful baubles are  impressive!  The baking is crucial in the process of creating this cake. Autumn leaf mini cake class

We are now well and truly into winter, but during the last few sunny days of autumn we ran a very successful autumn leaf inspired mini cake class and I just wanted to share with you some of the work that the students created.
