The workshops
Our workshop programme, this time not only includes our very popular courses such as cake jewellery, beginners and wonky style but also a couple more courses based around my latest ‘Cookie’ book, which is currently taking the world by storm! Cookie classes are one of our favourites to teach, they are always such fun!
Plus we have included a new cake jewellery workshop, based around cakes included in my forthcoming DVD – I hope the picture below will tempt you – these are so easy and so effective. Why not join me on the 5th June and have a go yourself!

Just wanted to let you all know I attended a cookie course in February and all my family are now cookie crazy. I have 4 children ranging in ages from 2 to 19 and would you believe they are all mad about it. The tips and techniques Lindy showed me enable them to make really effective cookies with ease (although the 2 year old loses interest fast and ends up eating his creations and anybodys elses he can get his hands on).
