- First full day at our super new premises was a real treat. Everything is now so much more efficient, hope the novelty doesn't go to soon! #
- Students on todays wonky style cake workshop thought that the carving was easier than they'd expected but the covering was much harder!! #

- Cracked coffee and walnut cupcake recipe, increased the coffee and ground the nuts, taste and texture just right. Hope the team enjoy them! #
- First half of all our stock now it situ – I never realised we had so much!! Can't lift another box now – time for tea and cake! #
- A fantastic pod of whales was created at todays very successful class. Many students were new to carving but the cakes created were fab! #
- We are hoping to have a very swift transition beween old and new premises with very little disruption to our normal service, fingers crossed #
- Just heard our broadband line live, installation of computers is tomorrow and then we're moving into our wonderful new pemises on Thursday! #
- The Fridge and microwave for our new premises were delivered today, we can now have hot lunches in the winter and cold drinks in the summer! #
- Just preparing for tomorrows cake carving 'whale of a time' workshop, cakes baked, buttecream made, add a few tools to my box and I'm done #
- I became an auntie again yesturday, aahhh! Plan to include some really cute baby cakes into the book I'm writing, specially for my niece. #
- Phones now in and working at our new premises, broadband goes live tomorrow, computers all in Wednesday – it's all coming together, yipee! #
- Been experimenting with chocolate cherry mud cakes, I love them just out of the oven – Yum! Trying to see how they last but not succeeding! #
