Day two of my teaching trip to Rome, went really well – fantastico! After yesterdays carved handbag cakes, it was back to basics for a new group of students, many of whom were also new to sugarcraft.

For me it was so interesting to see the different approach these students took when it came to decorating the cakes, they really did well and experimented with all the techniques I showed them – eccellente!
