Britain’s Best Dish 2011

It’s back…. ITV’ s Britain’s Best Dish!

We were visited at the NEC by a member of the production team from ITV to tell us all about this fantastic competition!

Last year saw Jonathan Davies from the North of England take the £10,000 first prize with Seared Masala Spring Lamb. In the final, he closely fought off the challenge of Sue Van Gaalen with her Trio of Lancashire Treats and Stephen Holding’s Smoked Salmon with Pea Puree. Mmmmmmmmm

Regularly attracting viewing figures in excess of two million, they are expecting the fifth series to be bigger than ever, showcasing great regional produce, exciting local ingredients and plenty of taste.

Why not have a go… or if you think any family members, customers, friends or work colleagues would like to take part in the competition please get them to register their interest in taking part!
