Hi. I'm fairly new to cake making and decorating but love your website and think your cakes are amazing. I'm really enjoying my new hobby and people say I'm good at it thankfully lol. I'm managing to fit it in around being a full time mum to 4 children so practise when I can.

I have made a few cakes now for friends and family and have been asked to make a friends son's christening cake and another friends wedding cake so I'll be visiting your site for inspiration many more times I expect.

Great idea. i've recently bought your cookie book and tried my hand at some of the ideas . i've made some of the shoes using the cutter i recieved from you last week, and ive done some easter bunnies, flowers and chicks, and though i say it myself they are quite good. its a lovely hobby and i'm hooked already. can i please ask when the cookies are iced and completed what is the best way to store them and how long will they keep fresh. thank you julie x
