   I’ve just taken my very first chocolate mud cake out of the oven, it looks and smells devine!!!!

   I am trying the cake as I wish to make a layer for my daughters wedding cake.

   Can it be frozen? as I will be tight on time when I have to make the wedding cake.

   Hi Sara,
   Its great to hear that your chocolate mud cake has turned out well.
   Yes it can be frozen, however it will become very moist. We wouldn’t recommend freezing it for more than a week.
   Hope you enjoy making your daughters wedding cake.
