Hi Lindy’s Cakes fans!
My name is Rachel. I just wanted to introduce myself as the newest member of Lindy’s team. They are going to call me ‘Kiwi Rachel’, I’m from NewZealand, because there are two Rachels working at Lindy’s Cakes HQ! My role will be to do creative writing for Lindy as well as assist Lindy and Jane at the sugarcraft workshops. Gosh do I have a lot to learn … at the moment I don’t know my posy pick from my piping tube!
