We are now well and truly into winter, but during the last few sunny days of autumn we ran a very successful autumn leaf inspired mini cake class and I just wanted to share with you some of the work that the students created.

The students worked hard all day, some covered and decorated lots of cakes others prefered to concentrate on one or two special cakes, here are the two that I created to help inspire my students.
