		<description>I didn&#039;t realise it on the day but all the students on this workshop used pastel colours! Those of you that are familiar with my work will know that I tend to flavour strong colours, so I though you may be interested to see the cake that I covered and decorated at this workshop.

After cake classes, such as this one, it can sometimes be a problem for me to know what to do with the cake - this may sound odd to you but it&#039;s true!- However my sons birthday was a few days after this class and as family birthdays and book deadlines don’t mix, he had to have a class cake! Tristan chose the red and black colours... and I had the challenge of making a class cake suitable for him. Thankfully he was delighted!
