		<description>Hello Shelley,
We like to place our decorated cookies in cookie bags. Sugarpaste does soften a cookie a little but we suggest that you let the sugarpaste crust over before placing into the bags. Commerial cookies are dried before being stored which is why they are so hard to eat!! We actually prefer the softer bite of a home made and decorated cookie.

		<description>Hello
can you tell me how you store cookies when they have been covered please, as i know the biscuits themselves need to be airtight to keep them crisp however, if the sugarpaste is kept airtight it stays moist and im concerned this will effect the crispness of the biscuit ???
thanks
