Decorating cookies – Millie’s style

I saw a different form of cookie decorating last week – what would you create with soft cookie dough, piping consistency icing in 4 flavours (caramel, vanilla, chocolate and raspberry), smarties, marshmallows, glace cherries and sprinkles?? Any ideas?

Chocolate and raspberry cupcake recipe

Some taste combinations work beautifully together and one of my favourites at the moment is raspberry and dark chocolate. These two ingredients not only look fantastic together but compliment each other extremely well, as the tartness of the raspberries is balanced by the sweetness of the chocolate.

Having a cake of the correct shape is fundamental to any good cake design.
