Cake International is a wonderful showcase for sugarcraft talent from both the Uk and around the world. This year saw a staggering amount of entries in each class, for example the wedding cake class had 50 cakes entered! Months of preparation went into the Lindy’s Cakes stand at last weekends very successful Cake International Show 2010 at the NEC in Birmingham. All change – for the first time since 1999 I’m going to the Squires exhibition as a visitor - what a luxury! I’m really looking forward to my day out. I know the Lindy’s Cakes stand is going to be missed…..some of you have already told me that it won’t be the same, but I’m afraid a Lindy clone
