I was recently asked to contribute the Christmas cover cake design for a new Dutch cake magazine – Mjam Taart! The cake is now in print and here is the cover.
What a lovely surprise to find out that my dragon cake has won the Cakes and Sugarcraft magazine’s iconic cakes competition – I’m so thrilled and delighted.
The magazine also described me as “one of the UK’s best-loved cake decorators” which is very gratifying.

I heard on the grapevine last week that my Pink Fizz cake jewellery cake was on the cover of Cake Craft and Decoration magazine this month, still not received my copy but I can confirm that it is on the cover – Looks great doesn’t it?
