Cat cake carving workshop, Sydney

Jet lag…..I do dislike this woozy feeling, but I guess its not natural to try and change the body clock so drastically! Well as you can probably tell, I’ve arrived and I’m on the internet! Lindy’s Australian Cake Adventure

My Australian cake adventure is about to start! I’m packed and ready to go …I’m visiting 3 cities, demonstrating and teaching in 5 venues and covering 12 different topics!!! It’s a big trip!!!! All the months of organising are now over and I’m off tomorrow on the first leg, arriving in Sydney on Friday Evening.

Chocolate mud cake recipe

Ummm who can resist a really good, moist chocolate cake? I’ve been experimenting with the Australian wedding favourite – mud cake.
