Cakes in Australia – first impressions

Wow I’ve learnt so much since I’ve been here in Sydney on my Australian cake adventure. The seminar has whizzed past…… I’ve met lots of amazing people, seen some incredibly detailed cakes, found out about how cakes are created here and sampled the most popular flavours.

Lindy in Australia – settling in

Jet lag…..I do dislike this woozy feeling, but I guess its not natural to try and change the body clock so drastically! Well as you can probably tell, I’ve arrived and I’m on the internet! Lindy’s Australian Cake Adventure

My Australian cake adventure is about to start! I’m packed and ready to go …I’m visiting 3 cities, demonstrating and teaching in 5 venues and covering 12 different topics!!! It’s a big trip!!!! All the months of organising are now over and I’m off tomorrow on the first leg, arriving in Sydney on Friday Evening.

Day passes to Sydney cake seminar
