What a lovely surprise to find out that my dragon cake has won the Cakes and Sugarcraft magazine’s iconic cakes competition – I’m so thrilled and delighted.
The magazine also described me as “one of the UK’s best-loved cake decorators” which is very gratifying.

Friday’s cake jewellery class was all about learning new jewellery cake techniques. It was the first time I’d taught this particular class, based on new jewellery techniques demonstrated in my cake jewellery gems dvd.
