"This is my absolute favourite cake on the dvd, I loved creating it and love the colours. I hope it inspires you as well. Instructions to create the main pattern and the carved scallops are all included"
	"Inspiration for this design came after watching a television programme on Vivien Westwood. One of her recent collections included some antique lace inspired creations which intrigued me. I rummaged through my mother’s bag of antique lace and then became entranced by my grandmother’s old embroidery books. Cutwork lace struck me as a good candidate for transforming into sugar and one which could be used in different colours to bring the style up to date. The ‘something old’ theme continued as the designs for the cutters came from some old dress fabric that’s been sitting in my loft for a good number of years! I'm thrilled with the result and hope it inspires you also to be creative."
"I created my first striped wonky cake a number of years ago and have been asked ever since how I create the stripes. The technique I use is now demonstrated on this dvd, so if you like to find out how, why not get a copy!"
	"I love the simplicity of the dusty pink butterfly cake design which is created with three toning shades of sugarpaste and stencils. Stencils are fantastic, so quick and easy to use, I first came across culinary stencils in Florida last year at the International Cake Exploration Society convention and I’ve been hooked ever since."

I purchased this DVD and foolishly began watching it at 11.00 p.m last night. At 1.00 p.m I had watched only the first disk and then could not get to sleep with the thrill of it all. How generous this DVD is !! I now now what to aim for in my decorating which I have just resumed seriously. Although I am in my late sixties I am enthused to master the new techniques and the exciting new directions of cake decorating. I do teach decorating in schools and I am about to expand this business to include adults but I still have a lot to learn. I have been off work with the flu and generally feeling rubbish, so when I received my copy of ‘Wonky Celebration Cakes’ it really brightened up my day!! I sat up in bed with a nice hot Ribena and watched both DVD’s. Lindy, you are a wonderful teacher, and explain everything so well. The DVD was very well set out and covered every single topic – I especially loved the troubleshooting section! I was always very nervous to attempt this style of cake, but now I can have your DVD on alongside me, and give me that little bit more confidence to make my first ‘Wonky’!!!
