PME piping tubes can also be used with the Sugar shaper without the use of an
adaptor.

Lindy's TOP TIP: When using the sugar shaper make
sure the paste is really soft - add white fat to stop the paste getting too
sticky and then dunk the paste into boiled water and knead to really soften, you
want the paste to feel like chewed chewing gum!!!
Piping

Use for piping or use the larger ones for cutting out perfect circles from
thinly rolled paste eg No. 16 = 5mm circle & No. 18 = 8mm circle.
Icing bag coupler/adapter: (PME) £1.00
Connect to a reusable
piping bag, see below, so that you can easily interchange tubes when piping. Used by
Lindy for cakes such as 'Perfect harmony' from her Cakes to Inspire and
desire book. Very useful when you want to pipe dots of the different sizes
but the same colour.
