Tel Aviv, Israel
Motek Exclusive Pastries & Sugarcraft
2nd -6th June 2008
Lindy will be teaching her ever popular wonky cake and jewellery classes together with her miniature handbags and black and white op art inspired cake

ICES Convention, Orlando, Florida
Lindy has been asked by ICES to demonstrate at this prestigious sugarcraft/cake decorating event
The convention runs from the 17-20th July 2008
Lindy will be demonstrating early on Saturday 19th July in room Nutcracker 2
Please contact ICES for information and to book a place at Lindy's demonstration.
Lindy will also be making a couple of guest appearances on the Caljava stand more details to follow

Rio de Janeiro & Recife, Brazil
Boloarte
Rio 12th -14th October 2008. This is a return trip for Lindy, this time she will be demonstrating the techniques she uses to create her amazing cakes plus ideas for decorating cookies.
Recife 16th -18th October 2008. Lindy will be teaching the modelling classes that she taught last year in Sao Paulo and Rio
