Introduction to Celebration Cakes:
Foundation level - Ideal for beginners, suitable for everyone! A treat for those who want to see how it is done ‘live’.

It’s what turns your cake from something OK to something rather special.  This 'introduction' workshop is a wonderful platform for learning, and it’s a really good idea to have someone teach you the basics in a class setting. The course will cover colouring and handling sugarpaste, covering boards and cakes to achieve a professional finish. It will also introduce students to some simple yet highly effective ways to decorate their cakes successfully and achieve a 'finish' to be very proud of.

Facebook quotes from our last class:
"Home in Ireland from the class, anyone thinking of doing one of Lindy's classes, don't hesitate, it was fantastic. Thank you Lindy, Jane and Kiwi Rachel"

Bride and Groom Cake Toppers:
Some modelling experience is helpful
Create and dress a bride and groom from a non toxic modelling medium (Artista soft). A wonderful keepsake for any couple.
