Column Wedding Cakes
Another shape that is gaining popularity is the column cake. A column cake is basically a number of cakes of the same size stacked on top of one another and then decorated. They can be left fairly simple, decorated with flowers or, as shown here decorated with feathers, beads and wire scrolls which are all currently being used by florists in bridal bouquets.

Indian Wedding Cake Asian Wedding Cakes:

Although not traditional, it is becoming increasingly popular to have a wedding cake at Asian wedding celebrations. So why not have the cake designed to suit the occasion. The example on the left was designed by taking patterns and colours from the bride's wedding outfits and using them to create a truly Asian cake. The example on the right was for a much smaller celebration where the bride required a more stylised form of pattern.

Be aware of PLAGIARISM
It has come to our notice that certain individuals have been using Lindy's cake pictures, as seen on this website, to help advertise their own products/businesses. We have even found one company that has copied a whole page from this site word for word and then put their own contact details at the end!!!
PLEASE help us to deter this practice by letting us know if you spot any of Lindy's cakes on other websites
THANK YOU.
