Booking system
Bookings for workshops require a 50% non refundable deposit providing that
the booking is made more than 2 weeks in advance; otherwise we will need
payment in FULL at the time if booking. The balance of the workshop fee must
be paid at least 2 weeks before the course starts, failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled. Under these circumstances any deposit paid will not be refundable

Materials and Equipment
The workshop fee does not include the use of all materials and equipment required for the class. An equipment order form for any equipment required for each course is sent
approximately 4 weeks before the start of the workshop. All required equipment must be pre -ordered at least 2 weeks before the start of each course.

Cancellation policy
Lindy’s Cakes Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change a workshop. If we cancel a workshop a FULL refund will be given. Please note that this does not include travel and accommodation expenses. If you would like to insure against illness, contact Cancelsure on 01666 841353.
No refunds or transfers are made if a student cancels or does not attend the course. In extenuating circumstances TRANSFERS to another workshop are made at the discretion of Lindy’s Cakes Ltd and only if applied in writing up to 7 working days before the workshop starts. In all cases, an administration fee of £20.00 per course cancelled will apply
