I find it is always thrilling to see my cakes in print but this is especially true when they are transformed into the cover of a magazine. Dragon wins Iconic cake competition

What a lovely surprise to find out that my dragon cake has won the Cakes and Sugarcraft magazine’s iconic cakes competition – I’m so thrilled and delighted.

The magazine also described me as “one of the UK’s best-loved cake decorators” which is very gratifying.
