Using Our Shop

Thank you for visiting our online shop, we hope that you will find just what you are looking for, whether it's an unusual cutter, an intricate cake stencil or inspiration for a cake you wish to make from one of Lindy's cake and cookie examples.

How to get started:

Please select one of the categories on the left, browse through the products, explore the subcategories and use the search button above to find products. Add the items you wish to purchase to your basket by clicking on the 'Add to basket' buttons. You can view your basket at any time by clicking on the 'view basket' button at the top of the page. Once you have selected everything you wish to order  click on the 'checkout' button and follow the instructions.

Logging into your account:

If you have shopped with us before, login using your email address and for the first time ONLY your password will also be your email address. Once logged in you will be prompted to change your password.  If you experience any problems  you can reset your password by clicking here.

Please Note: You do not need an account to shop with us.

How to pay:

At the checkout, we accept debit and credit cards or PayPal.

Please note we do not accept American Express.

Buying from outside the UK?

P&P Charges:

These are calculated by weight. You will be given a number of options to choose from depending on where you live. Once you have selected an option, this will be added to your basket.

Postage options explained:


First Class (UK): For delivery approximately 1-2 working day after despatch, including Saturdays. For orders over £50 please use recorded or special delivery. For items needed by a specific date please opt for special delivery as we have found that sometimes Royal Mail can take up to two weeks to deliver first class post!!.


Recorded First Class (UK): Standard first class with signature and barcode scanning on delivery, ideal for low value orders. For orders over £50 in value please use special delivery.


Special Delivery (UK):  Guaranteed by 1pm the day after despatch (weekday delivery only). Ideal when you want a speedy service or your order is valuable. Please note that you will need to be available to sign for your parcel.


Saturday Special Delivery (UK): Guaranteed by 1pm Saturday, use this option when you are ordering Thursday pm or Friday am and you would like your parcel to arrive on saturday. Please note that you will need to be available to sign for your parcel.


Airmail :The standard service, ideal for small parcels. Europe approximately 3-5 working days from despatch, Worldwide approximately 5-10 working days from despatch. For orders over £50 in value please use the International Signed For option below.


International Signed For : * A more secure option. A signature is required on delivery.


Courier: We do not like to overcharge for shipping so if your international order weighs in excess of 2KG you will be given a courier option. The amount quoted at checkout is an AVERAGE CHARGE for your destination. Once we have packed your order, we will email your exact shipping cost and if necessary arrange for either a refund or additional payment.


* International signed for orders cannot be posted to a PO box address or parcel station.

 

Delivery:

We aim to post/ship orders within 2 days of receipt of payment, unless we are expecting a delivery of an out of stock item. If you require your goods by a certain date please let us know, there is a special delivery option for UK orders.

Collecting Orders:

We are not a shop but collection of orders is possible, up to 12.30pm Monday - Friday, from our premises by prior appointment. Please email or telephone us before hand so we can have your order ready.

Trade Accounts:

We supply Lindy’s own products to shops. If you would like to be considered for a trade account, please fill in the registration form as fully as possible. Once you have submitted your form please contact us so we can review your application.

Please note:

  • Your application has to be approved by us before any trade discount can be applied to your basket.
  • Approval of a trade account is at our discretion.
