Marvellous Mini Cakes
All abilities
A great introduction to covering and decorating mini cakes. Come and join us and create these wonderful little delights. Small but perfectly formed, these little treats are perfect for a big occasion, or just giving as a little “thank you” gift. This workshop is aimed at the beginner and advance sugarcrafter. Why not join Lindy and her team on this informative workshop, learning to cover mini cakes and decorate with fabulous cutters and moulds. Lindy will also demonstrate some simple piping techniques with royal icing.

Scrumptious Summer Cookies
All abilities
With Summer approaching, get the “head’s up” on decorating your very own cookies. Learn some simple yet highly effective techniques for decorating biscuits – we’ll guarantee your friends and family will be amazed and delighted! This class is Lindy’s favourite way of welcoming back Summer. Join us to decorate flip flops, swimsuits and bikinis and even choose the flavour on your ice cream cones! Lindy will demonstrate several techniques using sugarcraft cutters, moulds and stencils. Come and have some summer fun with us!

Carving skills – Beautiful Bird Box Cake
Intermediate ability
Be one of the first to create this senationally pretty and soon to be very popular bird house chic cake! Taken from Lindy’s next book – ‘Creative Colour for Cake Decorating ‘. You will learn the secrets of how Lindy creates this fabulous cake in just one day. The class will focus on how to carve and cover the cake and adorn it with stencil decoration. Lindy will also give you lots of ideas and tips to personalise your own cake. An ideal workshop if you just haven’t been brave enough to actually carve a cake yet!

Pretty Flower Posy Cake

Two for the price of one! Due to popular demand Lindy and the team at Lindy’s Cakes are delighted to repeat this fabulous workshop for two – as long as your cake decorating partner is over 11 years old we will be delighted to see you both. Together you will create one stunning cake – one of Lindy’s most popular cakes and definitely one with a WOW factor. With a ball shaped cake to cover and an abundance of flowers to create you will have plenty to do on this one day class. The fab thing is you don’t need to be an expert sugarcrafter for this class just as long as one of you feels comfortable rolling out sugarpaste and covering a cake.

Modelling: Bride and groom toppers
Advanced ability
A bride and groom topper is a wonderful adornment to put on the top of a wedding cake. This modelling workshop teaches you how to create a permanent keepsake of a bridal couple, a truly special memento. Your figures can be matched to the couples hair, skin, bridal flowers and clothing. The best thing of all is that the topper will be a permanent reminder of a special day! N.B. We will be making the couple from Artista Soft, a wonderful easy to use modelling medium, ideal for this subject.
